Terms of use

Last updated 29 October 2026

By using HackTrainer you agree to these terms. They're short, so please read them.

1. Who can play

You need to be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age for online services in your country) to create an account.

2. Your account

3. Fair play

Ironic as it is for a site about spotting cheaters — don't cheat. In particular, don't:

4. Clips and answers

Clips are for training and entertainment. A clip's answer key marking a player as "cheating" is part of the game, not an official accusation, ban or ruling against any real player or server. Player names are shown as they appear in the footage.

The footage in clips belongs to its creators — see our copyright notice, including how to ask for a clip to be credited or removed.

5. Moderation

To keep things fair, admins may remove runs, reset stats, rename, suspend or delete accounts that break these terms. If you think a decision was wrong, you can appeal through the contact form — this works even while your account is suspended.

6. The service

HackTrainer is a free hobby project provided "as is". We try to keep it running and accurate, but we can't promise it will always be available, error-free, or that scores and leaderboards won't ever be reset. We may change, pause or shut down the site, or any part of it, at any time.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, HackTrainer and its admins aren't liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from using the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that can't be limited by law.

8. Other services

Logging in with Discord and watching YouTube clips are also covered by Discord's and YouTube's own terms.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and for big changes we'll post an announcement on the site. Continuing to use HackTrainer after a change means you accept the new terms.
